Exhibition & Performance - “I draw a Dance”
Maxim Blax - an artist, works in the genre of abstract expressionism, an experimenter, combining action painting in his work by investing in it the character of a dance that present in his performative work.
At this event, he will show a series of drawn works “I draw a dance” created in the period of 2019. The works reflect the state of moving to a new habitat - a city of dreams, art, industrial style, techno and entertainment - Berlin. He also presents the performance “I draw dance - I dance a suffering”, which takes its roots deep from the environment in which the artist grew up. The aggressive environment allowed him, as an artist, to learn to abstract from reality and to sensitively feel this world. Max took the inspiration for the performance from the very roots of the human essence - fire.
