On July 11, NŪN takes over Holzmarkt with Men el Mashreq lel Maghreb, a one-day open-air festival celebrating the diversity and shared cultures of the SWANA region from Morocco to Iran!

Bringing together artists, musicians, performers, chefs, designers, and makers from across the region, the program unfolds through live music, DJs, performances, workshops, food, and a curated market.

Set across the open-air grounds of Holzmarkt, the festival invites visitors to experience a vibrant constellation of contemporary voices and creative practices, celebrating culture, community, and new narratives from the SWANA region.

A contemporary food concept drawing inspiration from Levantine flavors, centered around shared plates, open-fire cooking, and seasonal ingredients. 

Wasahlan - Egyptian Classics

A food offering inspired by Egyptian culinary traditions, featuring familiar comfort foods and regional flavors presented in a casual, community-oriented format.

Malek el Konafeh - Konafeh 

a beloved, traditional Middle Eastern dessert featuring crispy, buttery shredded pastry layered with gooey, melted cheese or sweet cream.

 

LAYALI NŪN - Afterparty Programme (22:00 – 4:30)

From 22:30 until late, NŨN is hosting its very first edition of Layali NŪN! The after-party series invites phenomenal artists who’ve mastered the true diasporic spirit, drawing from deeply rooted cultural influences and driving contemporary electronic music into a future-forward, inclusive soundscape. The DJs will take us on a hypnotic journey through groove-laden rhythms, driving beats, and deep, immersive energy. A celebration of heritage, innovation, and diaspora expression, this is a night of sounds that won’t let you leave the dance floor.
